How come I get "Error Connecting..." when I try to connect with FTP?
Makes sure your Host Address is set to ftp.(yourdomain).com
If the problem persists it is most likely a domain name problem:

Your domain name is not resolving to our servers yet.

Your domain has expired, check with your Domain Registrar

You have not yet purchased the domain you are trying to use

Your domain may not be activated with us yet
Solution:

For HOST Address use the server's IP hosting your account
(Please consult our support if you are not sure)

Try resolving the domain issue affecting your account first
