Follow these instructions:
1. Connect to the Internet and open Internet Explorer 
2. At the Address field enter the following information:
ftp://216.10.249.121
-
216.10.249.121:
your IP or domain
For example, if your IP is 216.10.249.121 then :
3. A login prompt will come up, type your hosting account password
4. Click the Log On button (Leave Login Anonymously unchecked)
5. Select Page > Open FTP site in Windows Explorer.
6. Drag and drop files to upload or download from your site
7. Please note that uploading and downloading is not instantaneous as it takes time to transfer files
8. When finished, close the FTP window
